Power Rotary Scissors - ECHO's revolutionary attachment. ECHO power rotary scissors are great for edging, wetland clearance and uncovering of landmarks (drain covers etc). No thrown debris means they are an ideal brushcutter attachment for operators working in conditions with safety risks or potential for damaging of property. The PRS-231M attachment allows you to trim right up to any surface without risk of damage or kickback. Debris is not thrown, meaning there's no risk of damaging surrounding property or injury. Perfect for precision edging.
